You want to offer your customers a place to work. The minimum needed for this is

  • a good Wifi connection
  • functional furniture
  • clean toilets 
  • dedicated working area
Do I need any special IT infrastructure?

No. A smartphone with a camera is all you need.

What are space categories?

We classify all Nearworking spaces according to the amenities they provide in order to give our customers an orientation. You can always upgrade your level by adding different amenities such as office furniture, a printer or a phone booth.

How much money can I ask from customers

This depends on a variety of factors such as your location, the quality of your space and which amenities you offer. We will give you a recommendation for a pric, but you will set it according to your interest.

Do I need special normal furniture?

The short answer is no. The long answer is: The better equipped your workspace is, the more expensive you can rent it out. Therefor you might want to invest in better equipment/furniture. There are also options to make your life easier by installing smart access systems.
